Indie Talks:Logos fly forth as the first show draws near

In just under a week, the newest member of the Troll in the Corner Network will go live as I launch my audio exploration of Independent game design, publishing and more.

First, I’d ask you to focus your eye(s) on the amazing new logos!  Thanks to Jeremy Kostiew for designing and implementing these in under a week!

Indie Talks is a discussion about independent publishing, where we take a look at indie games, the people who write them and the people who play them. We’ll be launching this on Wednesday, June 6th.

In addition to talking to RPG developers, we’ll be branching out a bit into the fields of board games with further forays into art, crafting and film also possible. I’ve already lined up a really exciting (and very full) schedule of guests. I’m reasonably certain that I’ll have something to spark everyone’s interest once the podcast gets going.

Indie Talks will air at least every other Wednesday. My original intent was to do this podcast bi-monthly so as to stave off the insanity of producing a weekly podcast. Yeah. So I put out the public call to folks who frequent my various social media places and suddenly found myself very booked with interviews. It’s a good thing though and I’m enjoying the hell out of it. So my promise to you is to put out at least two episodes a month, possibly as many as four, maybe on the really long months, five.

What do you have to look forward to in the future of Indie Talks, other than me talking?  Let’s see. School Daze, Enter the Shadowside, 6d6 Fireball, Bully Pulpit Games, Tri Tac, Bulldogs, Toys for the Sandbox – just to name a few! These aren’t in particular order, and it’s just the beginning!

Episode 0 will feature me blathering on for about 9 minutes about some of our forthcoming guests, some interesting kickstarter projects and basically setting the scene. Epidoses 1 and 2 are already in the can and episode 3 will be by the end of this week.

I do hope you’ll stop by next week and give episode 0 a listen. By the end of the week it will be available to subscribe to via feed or through iTunes.
