Please post your questions for Reality Blurs President, Sean Preston!

Just wanted to remind you guys that Reality Blurs president Sean Preston has agreed to answer your questions!  Sean’s company publishes books primarily for Savage Worlds, but they are branching out to other systems, including True 20.  For more info, you can visit their website HERE, as well as read our review of Savage Worlds HERE and Reality Blur’s Realms of Cthulhu HERE.

We really need some good questions posted from you guys to make this work, so please post in the comments here, the original article which is linked above, or the Reddit post which can be found HERE.  Don’t feel restricted to asking questions about Realms of Cthulhu!  Sean is a pro at running games, designing, and runs a very successful company.  Ask anything!

Thanks guys, please post!

  1. Question: With other Cthulhu based games out there (Call of Cthulhu, ect…) how does Realms of Cthulhu separate itself from the others and bring forth a truly terrifying Lovecraft setting? And how does the system (in your opinion) aid in setting that theme?

Will you guys ever publish a “super dungeon” adventure for Savage Worlds?

  3. What can we expect in terms of expansions for Realms of Cthulhu and might we see conversions for Chaosium products to SW?

I thought the sanity system for Realms was simple, didn’t add too much more crunch to the rules, and was elegant. Did you experiment with other sanity systems before simply converting the wounds system over?
