The Witcher: Rise of the White Wolf screenshots with digital nipple slippage

Check out these three new screenshots for the Witcher: Rise of the White Wolf (Xbox 360/PS3). Correct me if I'm wrong, but do you see a bit of a slip in the first picture? Is that considered NSFW even if it's a digital, probably unintentional nipple?
