Month 2 of the Troll in the Corner Podcast Network’s (TCPN) existence and another month of stats. Think of this post as a Top 10 list of our podcasts.

We added a 5th show in July. Monsters of the Shattered World joined the network. The shows accumulated almost 2,000 listens this month. That is almost 400 more than last month.

Most Popular Podcasts
5) Gamer Tunes – 19 (no new shows this month)
4) Monsters of the Shattered World – 136 (debut month in tracking)
3) Wargaming Recon – 402
2) Indie Talks – 635
1) Geeks Explicitly – 787

What do the numbers mean?
The number after the show’s name is the total number of listens the show received for all of its recordings. For example, Monsters of the Shattered World was listened to 136 times.

In other words, Geeks Explicitly is the most listened to show on the network.

# of New Recordings

5) Gamer Tunes – 0
TIE for 3rd
3) Monsters of the Shattered World – 2
Wargaming Recon – 2
2) Indie Talks – 4
1) Geeks Explicitly – 5

This means that Geeks Explicitly is the most prevalent shows on the network.

# of Listens (average) per Recording

5) Gamer Tunes – 19
4) Indie Talks – 64
3) Monsters of the Shattered World – 68
2) Geeks Explicitly – 87
1) Wargaming Recon – 201

What do these numbers mean? We took the number of recordings released since the show joined the network and divided it with the number of listens. That means on an episode by episode basis Wargaming Recon gets more listeners.

+/- Changes From Last Month

5) Gamer Tunes – -135 (no new shows released)
4) Indie Talks – +47
3) Wargaming Recon – +62
2) Monsters of the Shattered World – +136 (debuted this month)
1) Geeks Explicitly – +292

This means that Geeks Explicitly grew the most whereas Gamer Tunes (production now ceased), with no new episodes, greatly diminished. Monsters of the Shattered World had a fantastic debut awarding it the silver medal.

Thank you to everyone who has given us a chance, to Jeremy Kostiew of MightyNightGaunt for creating the podcast logos, and to everyone at TrollITC for making this a success.
