Halloween movie blow out, Wii and PS3 guitars, Vader and the Watchmen

There are a bunch of cool deals today from good old Amazon.  I was poking around this morning after I found a truly awesome Darth Vader helmet and came up with a bunch of good stuff.  Here’s what I got:

First, all the Vaderness you could wish for with this Super Edition Darth Vader Mask. If you’re willing to foot the bill, you could probably get this by Halloween.

If you’ve got a PS3 or a Wii and you want to rock out, grab a discounted Wireless guitar and shred. Or something.

There’s a fantastic DVD Halloween sale going on right now as well with stuff from $6.

Lastly, who watches the watchmen?  You can for just under twelve bucks. While there isn’t much out there in the way of films that has me ready to plop down $10 there are a bunch of projects in the works that I’m real excited about.  The Hobbit. Or Hobbits if they break it out to 2 films.  Robotech is coming down the pipe, Forever War, the eternally in developement Ender’s Game.  At least the Watchmen flick is in the can and only fighting legal battles.  Read up on it before it hits the screen.

I'm a geek. A nerd, a dweeb, whatever. Yes I owned garb, yes I still own medieval weaponry. And yeah, I could kick your butt in Mechwarrior the CCG. I love video games, role playing games, tactical board games and all forms of speculative fiction. I will never berate someone for wanting to be a Jedi and take everything Gary Gygax ever wrote as gospel. Well, all of this but that last bit.
